I'm not a fan of dieting, calorie counting, or rigid meal plans - I believe in working together to find an individual and realistic approach to nutrition that fits within your lifestyle, schedule, and goals. 

Working with me is not about deprivation - it's about learning how to balance treats and favorite foods with those that will nourish and sustain your daily activities. One Month Tune Up

My One Month Tune Up is for clients who want personalized assistance in troubleshooting and assuring that they are on the right track with their health and nutrition goals. 

This package includes an initial 1 hour assessment and a 30 minute follow up. In our first session, we'll discuss your past and current health habits, any medical concerns, and your health goals and expectations for the future. We'll work together to create a realistic to-do list of actionable goals to implement before our follow up call! I'll also review your typical food intake and provide you with personalized tips and meal and snack ideas that fit your lifestyle. 

During the follow up session, we'll check in on your goals, address any questions or concerns, and determine how we can best make your healthy lifestyle changes sustainable.

This package includes an initial 1 hour assessment plus 7 additional 30 minute follow up sessions and unlimited support via email between sessions. In our first session, we'll discuss your past and current health and dieting habits and any medical concerns, and start your journey to ditching the diets and becoming an intuitive, mindful eater. 

After the initial assessment, we'll meet every week or every other week, analyzing your food behaviors, mindset, and lifestyle, and setting mindful short term goals that will lead to long term change.

NOTES:

  • I do not accept insurance. I'm happy to provide you with a superbill if you would like to submit a healthcare claim for reimbursement on your own, but there is no guarantee they will approve it. 

  • Individual sessions will be conducted via phone, or, if desired, in person (in Arlington, Virginia). If you are local, a follow up session can also be cashed in for a grocery store tour, in which we'll walk through the store together, working on label reading and why some options are better than others and brainstorming fast meal and snack ideas.

  • I meet with clients Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. I do not offer weekend availability. 

  • You are responsible for using all appointments purchased. Sessions expire 1 year from initial purchase date.
